  • What is a Premium Upcharge Product?

    Our Super Lux fragrances cost an additional £5, £10 or £15, which you’ll see reflected on the product page and in your queue. This surcharge is applied to all subscriptions, referrals, gift cards and offers on Scent & Co where applicable.

    Your monthly subscription price will only increase for the month that you’ve selected a premium product in your queue.

  • What happens if my queue is empty?

    Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! Every month, our fragrance experts select a perfume and a cologne to showcase for that month; you will be defaulted to one of these fragrances depending on the gender preference you selected at sign up.

    Please note that if you are subscribed to a multi-piece plan and your queue is left empty, you will receive featured surprise fragrance(s) in addition to the fragrance of the month.

    While we love our featured fragrances, they may or may not align with your personal tastes. If you’d prefer to receive a fragrance of your own choosing every month, be sure to add it to your queue before the last day of the month.

  • When can I expect my Scent & Co fragrance to arrive?

    We know you’re excited, we are too! All first orders (including subscription) will arrive within 10 working days. Thereafter, subscriptions arrive between the 20th-30th of each month.

  • When will I be charged?

    You’ll be charged immediately when you subscribe, then on the 10th of each month thereafter.

    If you upgrade to multi-month commitments (from your account page), we will charge you the discounted rate on the 10th of each month. Your multi-month commitment renews automatically.

    If you decide to upgrade to pay multiple months in advance (from you account page), you will be charged immediately. Your multi-month advance pay renews automatically.

    You can use the share icons or link to send your friend this page.
    If your friend subscribes using this link, you’ll both receive £4 off your next scent!
    You can keep track of your referrals in your account page.

  • What is my 'Scent Story'?

    The scents you receive (or are due to receive) from your subscription, will appear on this page alongside your reviews. 

    We’re introducing this page so you can track this information with your friends easily.
    Just like Instagram, you can follow your friends and see their fragrances and reviews too.

  • How does the spray work?

  • Can I send my fragrance to someone else?

    Yes. If you want to send the next fragrance to a friend, just log into your account and change the shipping address before the end of the month. Just remember to log in again after the 15th of the month and change it back (or they will continue to receive your orders).

  • How does my fragrance queue work? How do I manage my queue?

    You select your first scent when you sign up for Scent & Co. Thereafter, you are to login and go to Your Scent Calendar, to edit your queue, add new scents, or rearrange your scents in the order that you’d like to receive them. Note that your next month’s fragrance selection is locked in at the end of each current month. Therefore, you will not be able to edit your selection for the current month. (For example, if you go into your queue on June 7th you will NOT be able to change your June scent, but you will be able to edit July onwards).

  • How do I become a member?

    Visit www.scentandco.uk. Choose the first fragrance you want to receive. Then enter your payment details.

  • Are your fragrances authentic?

    Absolutely.

    Scent & Co takes pride in only offering 100% authentic fragrances provided to us by authorized vendors, or the brands directly. We never carry fakes, knockoffs or imitations – a policy we take extremely seriously. We take great care that any fragrance we decant from its original large bottle into our sleek Scent & Co vial is completely bona fide.

    That said, PLEASE NOTE THAT SCENT & CO IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH THE BRAND, DESIGNER OR THE DESIGNER’S FRAGRANCE MANUFACTURER IN ANY WAY AND WE HAVE NO AGREEMENT OR ARRANGEMENT AUTHORISING US TO REPACKAGE THEIR FRAGRANCES.

  • What if I am allergic to some fragrances?

    Your physician or health care practitioner should address any and all medical questions, and concerns. Scent & Co does not give or intend to give any answers to medical related questions and we do not replace any medical professional. If you are in need of medical attention, please call 999 or your physician immediately.

  • What do I do with the empty vials?

    We don’t recommend re-using the vial since the fragrance oils adhere to the bottle so it can’t be cleaned out completely. You can recycle the glass vial. Make sure you keep the metal case. When you get your next scent refill, simply pop it into the case and you are ready to go.

  • Is Scent & Co safe for traveling?

    Yes! Your Scent & Co fragrances are perfect for traveling, and abide by carry-on laws. You can find out more here: https://www.gov.uk/hand-luggage-restrictions/overview

  • What comes in each monthly shipment?

    Each month you will receive an 10ml spray filled with the scent of your choice. It comes out to be 150 sprays, and this is enough fragrance to apply twice daily for 30 days. Included with your first shipment, you will get a sleek case, FREE!

  • Do you have a referral program?

    Not yet. We will have one very soon on the login page. If this is something you’re really interested then please send us a message.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    Buu.. we’ll miss you! To cancel your automatic renewal, email our customer support at support@scentandco.uk with a subject line “Cancel Subscription.” Scent & Co tries to process cancellation requests within seven business days from the receipt of the cancellation request. If you cancel, you can use your subscription until the end of the subscription term you have paid for. Please remember to cancel before the 1st of the month so you are not charged for that month. If you choose to cancel a prepaid 3 or 6 month subscription, you may use your Scent & Co subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term which has been paid in full. Please note, we cannot offer refunds for the remaining months left in a subscription.

  • How do I upgrade my plan?

    To upgrade your subscription plan, simply log in from the home page, and click “Edit” under the subscription you wish to upgrade. Choose a new Subscription Term and press “Change”.

  • What are my subscription options?

    You can choose month by month, or get even better value with our multiple month subscription options. We offer 3-month and 12-month options.

  • What happens if I have purchased a prepaid subscription?

    Your subscription will be automatically renewed for the same length of time.

  • When will I be charged?

    We will charge you upfront for your selected period (i.e. 1. 3 or 12 month subscriptions) upon subscribing. We will automatically renew your subscription after each billing period on the 1 day of the respective month.

  • How do I update my payment method information on file?

    Log in from the home page and update your Billing details.

  • What forms of payment can I use for my monthly Scent & Co fragrance?

    We currently accept Pay pal, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) and Debit Cards.

  • What is the monthly cost for Scent & Co?

    Monthly cost is £14.95 but you can get even better value with our multiple month subscription options:

    • 3-months: £43.47 (£14.49/month – Save £1.38, Free Shipping)
    • 12-months: £161.88 (£13.49/month- Save £17.52, Free Shipping BEST VALUE!)

    There are no hidden fees or additional charges for Shipping & Handling.

  • Where does Scent & Co ship?

    We currently ship to the UK only. We hope to be expanding soon!

  • Can I track my order?

    Not at the moment. We will be implementing this soon. Please remind us!

  • Why we charge on the 1st and ship on the 15th?

    Because we’re a customized subscription, we charge on the 1st of the month to allow us time to fulfil your order with the fragrance or cologne you have personally selected. Shipping takes place between the 15-19th of the ongoing month.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping for Scent & Co subscribers is free!

  • When can I expect my Scent & Co fragrance to arrive?

    Monthly fragrances ship between the 15th-19th each month. Please allow 2-3 business days in transit for your order to arrive.

    Please note: For first time shipments, if your order was placed between the 6th and the 20th, we will ship your first shipment on the 25th. All shipments following your first shipment will then be shipped on the 15th of each month.

  • RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Can I ship directly to a gift recipient?

    Yes, at checkout you will be able to select where you want order to be shipped to

  • What is your return policy?

    We are not able to accept returns on Scent & Co subscription fragrances. Please make sure you log in to your account and review your queue to ensure you get the fragrances you want. For e-commerce, please see our policy in the e-commerce section.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    We want you to love the fragrances you get, so please choose your fragrances carefully. We do not offer refunds or returns on subscriptions of any kind.
