What is a Premium Upcharge Product?

Our Super Lux fragrances cost an additional £5, £10 or £15, which you’ll see reflected on the product page and in your queue. This surcharge is applied to all subscriptions, referrals, gift cards and offers on Scent & Co where applicable.

Your monthly subscription price will only increase for the month that you’ve selected a premium product in your queue.

What happens if my queue is empty?

Absolutely! Scent & Co takes pride in only offering 100% authentic fragrances provided to us by authorized vendors or by the brands directly. We never carry fakes, knock-offs, or imitations — a policy we take extremely seriously.

When can I expect my Scent & Co fragrance to arrive?

We know you’re excited, we are too! All first orders (including subscription) will arrive within 10 working days. Thereafter, subscriptions arrive between the 20th-30th of each month.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
